umm...i don't know if this suggestion is good enuf...
1. raise voy conch cd a bit..i think with that cd..its hard to eun from conch in ca...since its stun 2. lower sm and cler bolt a bit...like 0.6 or 1 sec lowered

Thx for your suggestion. Currently the cd on conch ray is 1sec and 3 seconds on bolt. We may change them during the official launch. Will keep this in mind.
